“Sky Mirror” was conceived by artist Anish Kapoor and first installed in 2001 in Nottingham, England outside the theatre in Wellington Circus. This gorgeous sculpture as installed in nature is six meters of polished stainless steel angled up towards the sky. More recently, “Sky Mirror” was installed in Brighton Pavilion Gardens, a larger version installed at Rockefeller Center in NYC (2006), and a version also exists in the Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg, Russia.
Sky Mirror’s permanent installation is at Dallas Cowboys Art Collection at the AT&T Stadium in Texas.
