Even though this happened in the spring; when we saw these photos, we couldn’t help but post about the surreal beauty of Japan’s cherry blossoms. An event in nature that occurs every year, hanami (cherry blossom viewing) has become a national pastime and a huge tourist attraction. Throughout Tokyo, thousands and thousands of cherry tress line streets and public parks. When they bloom you can’t go anywhere without reveling in the magic of the pinkish-purple colors. It truly feels as though you stepped into the pages of “Alice in Wonderland”!
