Procurement Administrator

This position is to be a full-time coordinator for the procurement process. The ideal candidate is highly organized and able to strategize logistics efficiently within the bigger picture. Individual must be detail oriented and have excellent communication skills with vendors and team. Problem solving and multi-tasking skills are important.

Job Description – Overall coordination of entire procurement process including;

  • Issuing of purchase orders to vendors
  • Track purchase order status and update in system
  • Communication with vendors and team regarding order status
  • Detailed documentation of order status and preparation of reports
  • Procurement filing
  • Schedule installation with vendors
  • Manage installation kit and supplies



  • Experience at high-end residential interior design firm a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Studio Designer/Studio IT preferred, but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask with excellent follow through
  • Strong writing, oral and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic; ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
  • Must have a valid driver’s license & willing to travel if necessary
  • Salary is commensurate with experience, excellent benefit package
