The company was started in 1764, when King Louis XV asked Louis de Montmorency-Laval, Bishop of Metz, to start a glassworks company. 250 years later Baccarat still creates some of the finest crystal in the world. We absolutely love their chandeliers and wall sconces for formal interiors.
