Gosia has been a part of Suzanne Lovell, Inc. for more than 14 years as a Senior Designer. We were thrilled to support her by attending her latest art opening at Chicago Art Source Gallery on November 7 as a part of a group exhibition.
She says of her work “My paintings are fragments of real landscapes that I come across in my life. However, they are always simplified – stripped down to the basics – fields of colors, rhythm of elements and contrast of light and shadow. What interests me is conveying the essence of the place that got imbedded in my mind and not the particularities of the specific location. I hope for my paintings to trigger in the viewer memories of their own life experiences.”
Her work will be on display through January 3, 2015.
