When one thinks of carpet padding, designer fashion isn’t necessarily what comes to mind. But, powerhouse designer, Proenza Schouler might just have put an end to that logical frame of mind. Using a material that mirrors carpet padding, they were able to create a collection of jacquard “carpet padding” designs. Dresses, skirts and clutches are among the items available for purchase.
