Those that know me well, know that I love interior design. I love to walk into a home and picture all of the potential! And for me, the best interior design takes the best parts of a property and highlights them in as many ways as possible. That is one of the reasons I love the work of my friend Suzanne Lovell, of Suzanne Lovell Inc.
We recently sat down and chatted about all of our visions for one of my favorite listings, 2450 N Lakeview Unit 10. What I love most about this property is the views, hands down. The panoramic sweeps of the lake are second to none. What Suzanne loves most about this property is the floor plan. According to Suzanne, this home’s floor plan is so perfect because the public and private spaces are held together by the enormous and gracious gallery. This allows for the magical separation needed for any family with children, and empty nesters alike.
