Project Highlights
Editor’s Letter – February 2019
Dear ALL,
I am thrilled to finally share some exciting highlights from 2018. Our end of year was rather hectic, so here I am in February already. On that note, Happy Valentine’s Day!!
A few of the “BIG” moves from 2018…
Eternity yacht completion for Baha Mar and publication in Boat International with an article by acclaimed writer Claire Wrathall.
Completion of a tropical paradise in the Caribbean, an extraordinary 17-acre estate in Casa De Campo.
Exciting luxury penthouse projects in the 101-story Vista Tower by Jeanne Gang, which will be Chicago’s third tallest building as a part of a master-planned community by Magellan Development Group.
2018 saw the completion of our fabulous penthouse project in Naples, Florida, for our very gracious and sophisticated clients for whom we have been working for over ten years. We were thrilled to hand over the keys as the client was able to enjoy lavish entertaining around the holidays as they enjoyed private oceanfront views. We look forward to photographing the painstaking custom details, remarkable application of materials and a meticulously acquired collection of fine art and design furniture this year.
Art Basel Miami saw a whirlwind of art and exciting experiences…the fabulous annual event hosted by R & Company at the wonderful home of Sarah Harrelson of Cultured Magazine, our dear friend Frank Pollaro and Alan Faena’s Elle Magazine event. EXPO hosted a lovely event at Casa Tua…and of course the museum moments, with exhibitions by Haas, Paola Pivi, and a fantastic experience at the Perez.
We were thrilled to work with our clients to acquire artwork at an unprecedented level, as we are coordinating museum exhibition loans and even managing the careful restoration of a private sale works that hasn’t been seen in fifty years. An exciting year indeed, and 2019 is “Off and Running” as well.
We started 2019 with a proud moment at the Art Institute of Chicago, when our client of more than 20 years and several residences, arranged for his curator to take our office on a private tour of his exhibition “Painting the Floating World.”
You have my best always,
