Miami’s new “towering ship at sea” sets sail!

With grand expectations, Faena House in Miami Beach is an innovatively designed new building that might change the entire neighborhood. Hoping to mimic the success seen in Buenos Aires where Alan Faena (Argentinian fashion entrepreneur turned developer) turned a “not very hip” section of the city into a hot area, Faena House in Miami is hoping this specific area of Miami Beach will eventually be called “Faena House Miami Beach”.

The initial appeal to this gorgeous building is that the balconies are stunning. Each of the 47 residences are “wrapped” with wide functioning balconies (“aleros” as they’re known in Argentina) which, essentially, are hallways connecting rooms to the outside. Glass is prevalent throughout allowing for immenseley lit spaces. Clearly, it hasn’t been much of a problem selling these and 50% of the units were accounted for prior to the breaking ground. We aren’t surprised!

With sweeping ocean views, the Faena House has elevated Miami Beach living yet again!

Insane balconies are it’s “claim to fame” but there are many more distinguishing features to this amazing Collins Avenue newcomer.

The penthouse on the 47th floor comes with a glass pool that virtually hangs off the 47th floor. It is hard to find a more beautiful and serene location!
