Part 2: A Gulf Coast Penthouse: “Before & After”
The custom-designed coffee table by Suzanne Lovell Inc. was created to elegantly house beach shells collected by the client and her grandchildren. We were super thrilled with the chairs and sofa from BDDW.
And McKinnon & Harris certainly didn’t disappoint; who isn’t thrilled with a lifetime guarantee on outdoor furniture!!
Miró and Toulouse–Lautrec are both well represented in this collection…
…as are the photos by Shomei Tomatsu and collages by Ray Johnson.
But my favorite success of the entire apartment is the book-matched stone backdrop of the shower area of the master suite; it looks like drapery in the waves of its veining. Truly spectacular stone used in a magnificent manner.
