Poltrona Frau Chairman, Luca Cordero di Montezemolo (also Chairman of Ferrari) agreed to give up the company’s controlling stake to Michigan owned, Haworth, Inc. The upscale leather upholsterer has been making beautiful furniture since 1912. It will be interesting to see if anything changes for WPA Chicago, the exclusive dealer of Poltrona Frau.
