Stone Tables

Fragments by Lex Pott and Calico Wallpaper for The Future Perfect. They drew inspiration from the way materials found in a quarry are fractured and broken.

Today we are inspired by stone tables. Not just your traditional slab of marble, but stone tables that take unique forms and look to nature for inspiration. We particularly enjoy the jagged edges that reveal stone in its natural form.

Terraliquida or “Liquid Land” by Claudio Silvestrin, 2010, is a low table composed of a parallel-piped Limestone block and a tempered 15mm thick extra-light glass element. Made in Italy by Glas Italia, 72.8” W 39.4” D 9.1” H
