Stuart Haygarth is a designer, born in Whalley, Lancashire, UK in 1966. His work is rather unusual as he creates symmetry out of waste and randomness. He searches and finds his materials on the seashore and translates them into objects of value by creating these chandeliers. His recent work is created with found prescription eyeglasses. “My work revolves around everyday objects, often collected in large quantities, categorized and presented in such a way that they are given new meaning. It is about banal and overlooked objects gaining new significance.” –Stuart Haygarth
