What are you working on
A new service for clients who want to accessorise a home that has already been built. Whether they need new monogrammed linens or introductions to top contemporary art dealers around the globe.

Your design process
We start by learning about the client’s art collection  and style. Then it’s a process of taking their personality and turning it into architecture, materials and colour. The  final step is envisioning how the home feels from every angle, each space should have a unique but curated completion.

What’s hanging above your fireplace
Peter Paul Rubens’ drawing that was given to my husband’s father by Frank Lloyd Wright as payment for legal fees. Prized possession The cup plate collection that belonged to my great great uncle, who started the Boston and Sandwich Glass Museum, and Marina Abramović’s ‘The Hero’.

Favourite fabric
Silk velvet ‘Tiger’ by Brunschwig & Fils

My home is…
Filled with sentimental family collections, they have a grounding effect. I collect contemporary art and ceramics and am particularly interested in contemporary photography that documents a pivotal moment (both on an individual and societal level).

Most used room
The library, many family moments happen within its book-lined walls. It’s also where I read and process millions of visual details.

Christmas decorations
A wreath for the antique dog sculpture at my front door, thousands of little white lights on all my topiaries. As for the tree – a large blue spruce. It’s always up before Thanksgiving!

Christmas wish list
3-D Makerbot Printer – Replicator Z18.

What’s on your desk
A lucky rock. My husband and I fly fish all over the world, which takes me to many streams and oceans perfect for lucky rock searches.
