On a recent trip to Bali, we were inspired by all of the beautiful Hindu temples. Each home has a small temple within it, and each community has at least one larger temple for ceremonies and gatherings. While Indonesia is predominantly Muslim (it has the largest Muslim population in the world), Bali is over 80% Hindu, making the island have a strong religious bond that is represented in the architecture.
