We love the timeless beauty of all things “Sturdy Living”!

It’s nearly impossible to NOT find the beauty in the landscape of British Columbia; and Martha Sturdy needs to look no further than right out her windows into the untouched surroundings. Recently, Sturdy moved out from Vancouver to her farm in Pemberton… as if she needs more reasons for inspiration, as it seems everything she touches turns magical.

The monolithic products that Sturdy produces are a reflection of the strong landscape that she surrounds herself with. Each piece is made by hand and thus, completely unique. There’s always an organic feel to Sturdy’s pieces and an impression that they’re teetering between weightlessness and bold proportion… quite the two extremes to balance. Sturdy does so beautifully!
