At the Fireplace

Place an elegant tête-à-tête at the fireplace as a perfect place to curl up with a book, or with some company and a glass of wine.

Today we’re inspired to share some of our favorite ideas about how to design around the fireplace. A few tips: Display your favorite things on the mantelpiece, from a set of pricket candlesticks to a small grouping of items that are meaningful to you. Feature a fantastic mirror or a favorite piece of art above the fireplace, however, if you plan use the fireplace (frequently, or at all!), remember to place valuable art at a safe distance.

Enjoy!
