This 12-room 5,200 square foot town home in downtown Chicago is a complete renovation of a very vertical space, at only 30-feet wide. Placement is paramount as exceptional collections are highlighted throughout the residence in vignettes, revealing the firm’s signature curatorial sensibility. This project was featured in Architectural Digest, The Chicago Tribune and NBC’s LXTV as an exceptional residence especially notable for its green outdoor spaces and lush views of Lincoln Park.
