Located at Ultimate Garages in Naples, this Car Condo was designed to both house our client’s collection of classic and exotic cars, and provide a stylish space for entertaining. The upper level includes lounge areas, a wet bar and office space, all commanding views of the cars below. Ferrari accessories, racing memorabilia, and large-scale custom murals personalize the space, which also includes a custom slot car track and a driving simulator.
When our client suggested a wall mural by Naples-based artist Marcus Zotter, we worked with him to turn the entire space into his canvas!
This slot car track was made by Slot Mods – and completely customized for our client. Designed ‘in the spirit’ of both the Le Mans and Monza racetracks, it also includes memories from our client’s childhood – including the Mobil gas station he worked at as a teenager!
