About This Project

This Gulf Coast penthouse includes a large entertaining space, a spectacular master suite and multiple guest suites, all with amazing ocean views. We designed Venetian Terrazzo flooring for use throughout, a low-maintenance solution for beach side living. Fine art and contemporary photography was acquired for this collector to complement an existing group of works by Joan Miró.

Custom-designed Venetian Terrazzo flooring is specified throughout this penthouse, including terraces, to connect the overall floor plan, and features starburst patterns to delineate rooms in an open plan. Master bath suite including standing showers, vanities and soaking tub in onyx avorio stone slabs

The Master Bath Suite features distinct “His” and “Her” zones including standing showers, separate vanities and dressing rooms. The soaking tub is the only shared space. The undulating pattern of the book-matched Onyx Avorio stone slabs gives the impression of gently flowering fabric. Waterworks products and fittings are used throughout. A pair of table lamps feature hand-crimped columns and shades with brass ribbing and granite bases.
